About Capture
Carolyn Anderson is CEO & Chief Dot Connector at Capture and Provision Business Solutions. Provision Business Solutions has been providing consulting and business process guidance and process administration for more than three and a half years primarily to restaurant and retail clients. Capture provides warranty and rebate solutions to restaurant, retail and commercial customers. Capture was created due to a deep need that has existed in the industries for a long time. Carolyn also works with Equip ID, providing subject matter expertise and guidance for program implementations.
Prior to starting her businesses, Carolyn was an Executive at Chipotle Mexican Grill for 11 years overseeing Real Estate, Design, Construction, Facilities, Procurement and Environmental Sustainability. Before joining Chipotle, she managed their Facilities through her call center, Service Plus, which she owned and operated for more than 8 years. Carolyn sold Service Plus to ServiceChannel in 2004 and joined as a Vice President. Carolyn currently services on advisory boards for Woodstone and CoInspect. She served three terms on the Restaurant Facility Management Association (RFMA) Board of Directors and Advisory Boards.
